Simple & Easy Baked Potato with Meats Recipe

Simple and easy recipe for you. Baked potato with meats.

Yummylicious Baked Potatoes with Meats :)~

Ingredients;

- 6 Small Potatoes (Boiled)
- A Fistful of Meats (Chopped)
- 1 Garlic (Chopped)
- 2 Red Onion (Chopped)
- 5 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- A Pinch of Salt

Filling;

1. Heat the oil. Then, saute the garlic and onion.
2. Put the chopped meats inside and cook it until well done.
3. Put in chili sauce and salt then mix it.
4. Let the filling cool at room's temperature.
5. Put mayonnaise and mix well.

Whipped Potatoes;

1. Scoop out the inside boiled potatoes.
2. Get the the inside contents and put it in the blender.
3. Blend it with milk and a pinch of salt.

Preparation;

1. Cut the boiled potatoes into two and scoop out the insides.
2. Insert the filling into the potatoes shell.
3. Put the whipped potatoes on top of it.
4. Baked for 10-15 minute (200 degrees).
