Let's baked pavlova. Very easy. Just need sugar and eggs white for the meringue.

Ingredients (Meringue);

- 4 Eggs White (Size A)
- 3/4 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Flour / Cornstarch
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Powder / Extract

Preparations (Meringue);

1. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Beat until thick and glossy.
2. Gradually add in the sugar and beating well after each addition.
3. Gently fold in vanilla powder /extract and flour/ cornstarch and beat again.
4. Grease the pan with oil and put the mixture and shallow it.
5. Baked for 1 hour at 150'c.

For topping, i just use ready made bottled whipped cream ;) You can top it with your choices of cut fruits such as strawberry, apple, blueberry, kiwi, peach, mango and many mores.
